• Time slots will be capped at a maximum of 30 runners
  • Runners are not allowed to run in groups of more than 5 runners
  • You must book a racing time slot and get to your chosen venue at the time you booked
  • Do not arrive earlier than your booked time slot
  • You must wear a face mask prior to, and immediately after your run
  • If walking you must wear your face mask throughout your walk
  • Don’t linger at the start or after you finish your run/walk
  • When running/walking or at the start/finish areas you must stay 2 metres away from other runners and pedestrians
  • Move towards the start area only when you are ready to start
  • There is no bag deposit (you’ll have to carry it with you!)
  • Bring your own drink bottle
  • You must comply with any public health and/or safety directions of Organising staff; ambassadors; police; or government or health authorities during your race
  • Please don’t hug or shake hands with or high-five any other participants

Please also adhere to the general Covid-19 guidelines:

  • You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to race, or show a negative ART test taken within 24 hours of race start time
  • If you feel unwell (i.e. fever, cough) please stay at home and do not participate in the run 
  • If you are in close contact with someone tested positive for the virus, please stay at home for a period of 14 days and not participate in the run.
  • If you or someone in your household has been placed on a Stay Home Notice (SHN), please comply with regulations given by the Ministry of Health (MOH).
  • Maintain good personal hygiene by regularly washing hands using soap and water or alcohol-based (at least 65–70%) hand sanitiser for 20 seconds.
  • It is highly recommended under MOH latest advisory that everyone, in particular adolescents and younger men aged less than 30 years, avoid strenuous physical activity such as running for one week after the first and second dose.
